PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
ALMOOSA SPESIALIST HOSPITAL – NORTH TOWER, located in AL-HASA area, Al-Dahran street, a turn-key project which will serve the east part of the kingdom with the highest services, professional and technical teams, with the high standards of AL-MOOSA HOSPITAL.
Project Main Architect is HKS, who is the leader for the design process of the hospital with all the interior design features and elements, in contribution with DAR Engineering for the Engineering design.
Our Project is LEED certified, and will have the LEED GOLD accreditation throughout our consultant and personals Bureau-Veritas, and it’s the main contractor responsibility to acquire the LEED requirements in all the project activities and processes.
