- Complete Plumbing Works
- Complete Fire Fighting Works (FM 200 + Sprinklers System).
- Complete Electrical works (Power system, lighting system, Earthling)
- Complete Low Current works (CCTV, DATA network, Telephone, Fire Alarm, Access Door)
