1. Complete Air-conditioning System with capacity.
2. Complete Plumbing Works
3. Complete Fire Fighting Works (FM 200 + Sprinklers System).
4. Complete Electrical works (power system, lighting system, Earthling, M.D.V Substation)
5. Complete Low Current works (CCTV, DATA network, Telephone, Fire Alarm, Access Door)
