- Complete Air-conditioning System with capacity 6,000 TR.
- Complete Plumbing Works
- Complete Fire Fighting Works (NOVEC + Sprinklers System).
- Complete Electrical works (power system, lighting system, Earthling, M.D.V Substation)
- Complete Low Current works (CCTV, DATA network, Telephone, Fire Alarm, Access Door)
