- Complete Air-conditioning System with capacity 6,200 TR – 325 Patients Room.
- Complete Plumbing Works
- Complete Fire Fighting Works (NOVEC + Sprinklers System).
- Complete Electrical works (power system, lighting system, Earthling, M.D.V Substation)
- Complete Low Current works (RTLC, DALI, CCTV, Data Network, Fire Alarm & Access Door)
