  • Construct District Cooling Plants including ( Chillers , Cooling Towers , CH.W. pumps, CT. pumps ,Energy Storage Tank , Chemical Treatment Plants &Valves )
  • Construct District Cooling Building & Cooling Tower Building.
  • Construct Energy Transfer Stations including (Variable speed Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Valves).
  • Install PLC & SCADA SYSTEM, make DC Enterprise integration, On-line modeling covering companywide SCADA reporting.

SUPPLYING, INSTALLATION & REPLACEMENT

  • All types of Chilled Water System (Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units, and Fan Coil Units).
  • All types of Refrigerant System (VRV Units, DX Package Units, DX Split Units & Min Split Units ……..Etc.)
  • All types of above & under Ground Chilled Water Network & Cooling Tower Network included (Black Steel Pipes Seamless or ERW, Underground pre-insulated Pipes, Fitting, Supports & Valves).

FABRICATION BY OUR FACTORY & INSTALLATION

  • All types of Air Ducting & Cladding (Galvanized Black Steel, Pre-insulated Duct) for A/C, Fresh Air &Exhaust Air.
  • Fire rated Air Ducting (Fire rated Galvanized Black Steel or Stainless Steel 304) for Kitchen & Laboratory Fume Hood.
  • Volume & Splitter Dampers
  • Sound Attenuator Equipment

TESTING ,BALANCING & COMMISSIONING

  • SAUDI AIRCON is Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) of All HVAC System (Air System & Chilled Water System).
  • The report will be submitted on the Standard NEEB forms with NEBB Seal
